Disposition versions
1. Definitions and interpretation: In this Regulation, unless the context indicates otherwise,
(a) “Act” means the Act respecting farm-loan insurance and forestry-loan insurance (chapter A-29.1);
(b) “agency” means La Financière agricole du Québec.
